Certificates are posted from the DVLA to ourselves using second class post. This usually takes 3-5 working days. Once received it will be sent out to you using the postage method selected at checkout. This is why our delivery dates are estimated as we cannot dispatch your order until we have received your certificate from the DVLA. 

Yes all fees are included and shown in the basket during checkout. VAT is not payable on the DVLA £80 Transfer Fee.

Yes of course! The registration will be reserved and on a V750 certificate valid for 10 years ready for you to assign to a vehicle. 

No is the short answer. A plate cannot be used to make a car look newer than it is.

There are two types of number plate styles we offer. 

Prefix style - these start with one letter and then between 1-3 numbers and finally 3 letters. Eg. X88 ABC.
Current style - these start with two letters, and then two numbers, and finally 3 letters. Eg XX11 ABC

Prefix style - the first letter dictates which year.
Current style - the two numbers dictate which year.

Yes sure! During checkout just put the name of the person you are gifting the registration to. 

When you purchase a registration, you are purchasing the certificate of Entitlement from the DVLA (V750)
During checkout you will be asked if you would like to add acrylic number plates - these are the actual plates you fit to your car. We also offer a transfer service so that you do not have to deal with the DVLA and we will arrange for the plate to be transferred to your car on a date that suits you.

Absolutely! You should be able to log in to your account or call Motability Customer Service - they can provide you with the V5C Reference Number or you can view it online.
If you are using our Ultra-Fast Transfer Service, we just need your current reg, and postcode along with the V5C Reference Number. 

Once you have your plates and once we have your V5 and your V750 certificate we can arrange your transfer. We can usually do this for the same or next day, or on a day that suits you. Transfers are processed around mid-day and you should have a confirmation email by 2pm confirming this has been approved and you can now swap your plates an update your insurance company of the change.

We're sorry your order is delayed. We'll do all we can to help get your order to you as soon as possible. 

If your order includes a private registration, please note these are sent to us from the DVLA using 2nd class postage via Royal Mail. This usually takes 3-5 working days, but occasionally longer and sometimes these orders can go missing. The DVLA class the order as missing after 14 days has passed from the date of registration approval. Once this time has passed we can order a replacement certificate from the DVLA and once this has arrived to our office we will dispatch this to you.

If you have not already applied your private registration to a vehicle, or used our transfer service and wish to cancel your purchase, you need to apply within 7 days of date of purchase. 

Applications to cancel made after 7 days will not be accepted, but you can still apply for a refund of the £80.00 assignment fee.
