Delivery Information

We know you're excited to receive your new number plates or registration documents, so we make it a priority to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. All number plate orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, using a tracked delivery service to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely.

If you’ve purchased a personalised registration (V750 certificate), this will be dispatched as soon as we receive the certificate from the DVLA. This typically takes 3–5 working days, but please note that the DVLA does not consider these documents lost until 14 days have passed from the date of issue.

If you’ve chosen our transfer service, we can send your number plates out early so you’re ready to fit them as soon as the transfer is complete. However, the actual registration transfer will only be processed once we have received the V750 certificate from the DVLA.
