Can I Cancel My Purchase?

If you have not already applied your private registration to a vehicle, or used our transfer service and wish to cancel your purchase, you need to apply within 7 days of date of purchase. 

Applications to cancel made after 7 days will not be accepted, but you can still apply for a refund of the £80.00 assignment fee. 

Refund requests should be made by emailing [email protected] along with your registration purchased.
