Can I cancel my order? What is your returns policy?
We’re sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order. If you are unhappy with any element of your purchase we’d love to help make it right. But if you wish to cancel your order - we have the following returns policy:
Physical Plate:
- Please contact us ASAP as once your plates have been produced they are non refundable as they are a personalised item for you. If your plates have not been produced we can cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

Personalised Registration Sales:
- As a recognised dealer of DVLA personalised registrations, we can apply for a refund of your registration on your behalf. This will only be accepted by the DVLA within the first 14 days after purchased so it is vital you contact us ASAP should you wish to cancel your registration. Refunds are at the DVLA’s discretion and GetReg take no responsibility for registrations that the DVLA will not authorised a refund. An administration fee of £30 including VAT will be deducted from any refund due to you to cover our banking/payment processing costs which are not refunded to us.
